§1 Definitions

1.1. Store – an online store operating at the address https://interiorposter.com.

1.2. Seller – the entity operating the Store.

1.3. User – a person using the services of the store’s website in any way, including browsing the store’s site and its subpages.

1.4. User account – a designated area of the Store, a set of resources in the Store’s ICT system, where information regarding the User is stored.

1.5. Client – a natural person, legal entity, or other organizational unit entering into an agreement with the Seller.

1.6. Consumer – a Client who is a natural person concluding an agreement with the Seller for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.

1.7. Product – a work of art, graphic, digital or physical painting, or other item, product, work, or creation offered in the store.

1.8. Terms – this document.

1.9. Sales agreement – an agreement concluded between the Seller and the Client.

§2 General provisions

2.1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the Store, including the conditions of sale and dispute resolution.

2.2. The administrator of the Store and the Seller is: Baltic Computers Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Chmielna 2 st., office 31, 00-020 Warsaw, Poland, VAT number PL5252883622, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000930956.

2.3. These terms and conditions comply with:

  • Polish law (Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, Civil Code);
  • German law (BGB, Fernabsatzrecht, VerpackG);
  • Czech law (občanský zákoník, zákon o ochraně spotřebitele);
  • European Union law, in particular Directive 2011/83/EU, Regulation 2019/770, and Regulation Rome I (EC 593/2008).

2.4. The online store operates at the address https://interiorposter.com, and is also accessible through local domains:

The content is prepared in Polish and translated into other languages. The binding version of all content on the Store’s website is the Polish version.

2.6. The User undertakes to use the Store solely in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms (unless otherwise required by applicable law).

2.7. The User is obliged to use the Store in a way that does not disrupt its operation.

2.8. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, product descriptions, and product visualisations.

2.9. The Seller reserves the right to run marketing campaigns and grant discounts, including individual discounts.

2.10. The Seller reserves the right to introduce changes to the Terms. For significant changes, the Seller is obliged to inform registered Users of the Store. Orders placed before a change in the Terms will be processed in accordance with the rules valid at the time the order was placed and accepted by the Client/Consumer.

2.12. Colours of images and other products shown on the Store’s website may differ depending on the equipment (and its settings) used by the User to display the Store’s content.

2.13. Colours displayed on screens and in print differ due to the different physical principles of a screen’s light emission and the reflection of light from the ink used to produce the product.

2.14. Depending on the selected size of an image or other product, part of the pattern visible on the visualisation on the Store’s website may not be visible (cut off), or a part not visible on the visualisation may be visible. The Seller, the author of the product, or the entity producing the product make every effort to maintain the aesthetic quality of the product.

§3 Contact

3.1. Contact with the Store Administrator is possible:

4.1. To use the Store’s services, the following are required:

  • a device with internet access,
  • an internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.),
  • an active e-mail account,
  • a telephone.

4.2. For the Store to function fully and correctly in the User’s internet browser, it is necessary to enable the saving of Cookies.

4.3. The Store is not responsible for problems resulting from the failure to meet the technical requirements.

§5 Orders and sales

5.1. In order to conclude a contract (make a purchase), the User must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of Poland and the laws of the country in which the User has their habitual residence.

5.2. Orders in the Store may be placed:

  • via the order form available on the Store’s website,
  • electronically, by e-mail – only for non-standard, individual or personalised orders, after prior arrangement of details with Customer Service.

The Store does not accept orders placed by telephone.

5.3. To place an order via the website, the Client selects products, adds them to the cart, then completes the order form, providing all required data, selecting the method of delivery (if available) and payment, and confirming that they have read and accepted the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

5.4. For orders placed by e-mail, the Client must provide all information necessary for processing the order, including:

  • identification and contact details (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number),
  • delivery address,
  • a list of ordered products,
  • any additional arrangements (e.g. dimensions, colours, personalisation), and accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

5.5. Placing an order constitutes the Client’s offer to conclude a sales contract under the laws applicable to the Client’s place of residence or registered office.

5.6. After placing the order, the Store immediately sends the Client, to the provided e-mail address, an acknowledgement of receipt of the order, which constitutes an automatic notification that it has been accepted for verification.

5.7. The sales contract is concluded when the Store sends the Client an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order for processing (confirmation of contract conclusion on a durable medium).

5.8. All prices shown on the Store’s website are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in the currency applicable to the market where the Client makes the purchase:

  • PLN – for sales to the Polish market,
  • CZK – for sales to the Czech market,
  • EUR – for sales to the German market.

Prices do not include delivery costs, which are provided separately before the order is placed.

5.9. Product prices presented on the Store’s website are set in Polish currency (PLN) and are base prices. For orders placed in other currencies (CZK or EUR), prices are converted from PLN according to the average selling exchange rate on the day the order is placed. For amounts in currencies other than PLN, a 2% currency conversion fee is added. The final product price in the selected currency is displayed on the product page after choosing the currency, or automatically after selecting the language (with the possibility of manual change).

5.10. For orders involving products made to individual order (including personalised products), the Client must provide all details necessary to complete the order; failure to provide required information may result in an extended processing time.

5.11. An invoice in electronic form (VAT invoice for businesses or personal invoice for consumers) is issued for each order and sent to the e-mail address provided by the Client, which constitutes delivery of the document on a durable medium under the law. The Store sells only via mail order with prepayment made by cashless payment methods and is exempt from the obligation to record sales using cash registers, in accordance with the applicable regulations in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Germany.

5.13. The Store reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order in cases provided for by law, in particular if the Client has provided false information or violated the Terms.

§6 Payments

6.1. The payment methods available in the Store are described on the website: https://interiorposter.com/payments.

6.2. The Seller reserves the right to introduce additional payment methods, including those operated by external providers, and to temporarily disable certain forms of payment. All available payment methods are presented to the Client during the order process.

6.3. In the case of choosing payment by traditional bank transfer, the Client is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of placing the order. After this period, if the payment is not credited, the order may be cancelled by the Seller.

6.4. Order processing begins after:

  • the payment is credited to the Seller’s bank account – in the case of payment by traditional bank transfer,
  • the Seller receives payment confirmation from the payment operator – in the case of instant online payments (payment gateway).

§7 Delivery

7.1. Delivery of ordered Products is carried out via the DHL courier service.

7.2. Current delivery costs are always presented to the Client during the ordering process and are available on the website: https://interiorposter.com/delivery.

7.3. Delivery is available within the territory of:

  • the Republic of Poland,
  • the Czech Republic,
  • the Federal Republic of Germany.

7.4. After prior arrangement with the Seller, it is possible to ship products to other countries.

7.6. The Client is obliged to collect the shipment at the time agreed with the carrier and to check its condition in the presence of the courier. In the event of discovering damage to the shipment, it is recommended to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier.

7.7. The Seller reserves the right to temporarily limit or expand the delivery area and to introduce additional delivery methods, of which Clients will be informed by updating these Terms, by posting an announcement on the Store’s website, or via e-mail.

7.8. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that shipments are delivered within the declared timeframes. Delivery times stated on the Store’s website are indicative and may change due to reasons beyond the Seller’s control, in particular due to delays on the part of the carrier.

7.9. In the event of a delivery delay caused by the carrier, the Seller will promptly take steps to arrange a new delivery date or to determine the reasons for the delay.

7.10. Notwithstanding clauses 7.8 and 7.9, the Seller is responsible for proper performance of the contract in accordance with the laws applicable in the country of delivery. In the case of significant delay, the Client has the right, after granting an additional period for delivery, to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund of all payments made.

§11 Copyright

11.1. All content, graphic materials, photographs, product descriptions, design patterns, the layout and composition of the Store’s website, as well as other elements constituting works within the meaning of the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights, are legally protected and are the property of the Seller or entities with whom the Seller has concluded relevant licence agreements.

11.2. Any copying, distribution, publication, modification, transmission, or other use of the content and materials placed in the Store without the prior written consent of the Seller or another authorised entity is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

11.3. The purchase of a Product in the Store does not transfer to the Client any economic copyright or grant a licence to the works contained therein, except for the right to use the Product in accordance with its intended purpose, including displaying it in private, public, or commercial spaces, provided that this does not involve reproduction, distribution, or other use infringing the copyrights of the Seller or third parties.

11.4. The Client undertakes to use the Products and Store content in compliance with the law, good practices, and with respect for the copyrights and intellectual property rights of the Seller and third parties.

11.5. If the Client provides the Seller with materials (e.g. photographs or graphics) for the purpose of fulfilling an individual order, the Client declares that:

they hold all rights to the provided materials,

their use by the Seller to the extent necessary to fulfil the order does not infringe the rights of third parties,

they release the Seller from liability in the event of claims by third parties related to the use of the provided materials.

11.6. All trademarks, trade names, and logos used in the Store belong to their owners and are placed solely for informational purposes.

§12 Final provisions

12.1. These Terms have been drawn up in Polish and translated into other languages. In the event of discrepancies between language versions of the document, the Polish version shall prevail.

12.2. The owner and administrator of the Store is an entity registered in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Therefore, all matters related to the use of the Store, including the conclusion and performance of sales contracts, are governed by Polish law. Any disputes or claims arising from the use of the Online Store or contracts concluded through it shall be resolved by a common court in the territory of the Republic of Poland having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.

12.3. For Consumers, the relevant provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence apply. If, in their country of habitual residence, the Consumer benefits from more favourable consumer protection provisions, the application of Polish law does not deprive them of that protection.

12.5. If any provision of the Terms is deemed invalid, ineffective, or without legal effect, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in force.
