1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1. A consumer (a natural person making a purchase not directly related to business activity) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing any reason within 14 calendar days.

1.2. The withdrawal period begins:

  • on the day the product is received by the customer or a third party indicated by the customer (other than the carrier),
  • in the case of multiple items – from the receipt of the last item.

1.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement of withdrawal:

2. Effects of Withdrawal

2.1. In the event of withdrawal, all payments received (including the cost of the least expensive delivery option offered by the store) will be refunded promptly, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.

2.2. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

2.3. The refund may be withheld until: the product is returned, or proof of return has been provided — whichever occurs first.

2.4. In the case of a partial return, i.e., when the Consumer returns not all the products from the order, the store administrator will refund only the cost of the returned products, excluding the delivery cost.

3. Returning the Goods

3.1. The customer should return the goods promptly, no later than 14 days from notifying the seller of the withdrawal.

3.3. The product must be returned in undamaged condition, in original or similarly protective packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3.4. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless:

  • custom-made products,
  • personalised items (e.g., paintings with a personal photo, text, or in a custom format),
  • items that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., a custom-made frame).

6.1. This return policy has been drafted in Polish and translated into other languages. In the event of discrepancies, the Polish version is binding.

6.2. The owner and administrator of the online store is an entity registered in the Republic of Poland. Therefore, all matters related to use of the store, including contract formation and execution, are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be settled by a Polish court competent for the administrator’s registered office.

6.3. For consumers, the relevant legal provisions of the country of their habitual residence apply. If the local law provides stronger consumer protection, the application of Polish law does not limit those rights.
