1. General Provisions.

1.1. This Privacy Policy outlines how personal data of Users necessary for the provision of services via electronic means through the https://interiorposter.com Online Store (hereinafter: the Store) is collected, processed, and stored.

1.2. The Store collects only the personal data necessary for the delivery and development of services offered within it.

1.3. Personal data collected through the Store is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and with the Polish Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

1.4. The Data Controller makes every effort to ensure that Users’ personal data is processed lawfully, transparently, fairly, and securely.

2. Data Controller

2.1. The Data Controller of personal data collected through the Store is Baltic Computers Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Chmielna 2 st., office 31, 00-020 Warsaw, Poland, VAT number PL5252883622, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000930956.

3. Purpose and Duration of Data Collection

3.1. Personal data collected by the Store is used for the following purposes:

  • Managing the User Account in the Online Store and providing other services as per the Terms and Conditions – until the User Account is deleted;
  • Processing and settling orders – for 5 years from the end of the year in which the sale took place, unless otherwise required by Polish law or the legitimate interests of the Controller;
  • Ensuring cybersecurity for Store Users – data collected via server event logging, not linked to Users’ personal data, may be stored indefinitely;
  • Sending newsletters (upon User consent) – until the User withdraws consent;
  • Marketing, remarketing, affiliation – until consent is withdrawn (if based on consent), or for the duration required to fulfill the legitimate interest of the Controller (if based on legitimate interest), unless legal retention requirements apply;
  • Personalization of the Store – until User Account is deleted or consent is withdrawn.

3.2. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to enter into an agreement or use other Store features.

3.3. The Controller may process the following personal data: name and surname, address, email address, phone number, and tax ID (NIP) – as required by applicable accounting and consumer protection laws.

3.4. The Store uses external analytical tools (such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or others, including proprietary systems) which may collect anonymized data.

3.5. The Store also uses external tracking systems like Meta Pixel (Facebook), Google systems, or other marketing service providers. These may collect anonymized data unless the User is logged into those services.

4. Categories of Collected Data

4.1. Depending on how the site is used, the following data may be processed:

  • Name and surname;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Shipping and billing address;
  • Invoice data (company, tax ID);
  • Order history;
  • Payment data (provided by payment processors);
  • IP address, browser, device and activity data (cookies, logs);
  • Purchase preferences (for marketing, with consent);

5. Legal Grounds for Processing

5.1. The Store processes data based on the following legal grounds:

5.1.2. Invoicing: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

5.1.3. Customer support, forms, returns, complaints: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

5.1.4. Marketing (newsletter, ads): Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

5.1.5. Analytics and site improvement: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5.1.6. Website security and data protection: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Data Recipients

6.1. Data may be shared with third parties only as necessary to fulfill the legitimate interests of the Controller:

  • Providers of IT services and infrastructure;
  • Payment processors;
  • Delivery companies;
  • Marketing tools (with User consent) – Google, Meta, Microsoft, etc.;
  • Production facilities (for images and other products available in the store);
  • Accounting and legal service providers.

6.2. All data processors comply with GDPR and operate under data processing agreements.

7. Data Transfer Outside the EEA

7.1. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, e.g., to the USA, in connection with services from Google, Meta, Stripe, Microsoft.

8. Voluntary Nature of Data Provision

8.1. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so may prevent the conclusion of a contract, purchase, or receipt of newsletters.

9. User Rights

9.1. Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).

9.3. The Controller responds to such requests without undue delay and no later than within one month.

9.4. Users may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if they believe their rights have been violated.

10. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

10.1. Users are not subject to automated decision-making that could affect them.

10.2. Upon consent (e.g., for marketing cookies), User data may be used for profiling to personalize content and advertising.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Privacy Policy is written in Polish and translated into other languages. In the case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.

11.2. The Store is operated by an entity registered in Poland; Polish law governs any matters related to the use of the Store, including sales agreements.

11.3. Consumers are protected under the laws of their country of habitual residence. If local consumer law offers stronger protections, they apply regardless of Polish law.
