The online store InteriorPoster.com provides a 24-month warranty on all products sold, starting from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers:
- material defects (e.g., damaged canvas, frame, or paint),
- manufacturing defects (e.g., uneven stretching, incorrect printing),
- color fading that is not caused by normal wear and tear, provided the product is used according to the care instructions.
The warranty does not cover:
- improper use (e.g., placing the product outdoors, excessive exposure to UV, infrared or other radiation),
- damage caused during installation (e.g., improper hanging of the artwork or applying wall murals incorrectly),
- damage during unpacking (e.g., piercing the canvas with a sharp object),
- damage caused by external factors (e.g., flooding, fire, earthquakes),
- mechanical damage after delivery, such as scratches, stains, or other signs of use.
In addition to the warranty, consumers are entitled to statutory rights under the legal guarantee (liability of the seller). The warranty does not limit these rights and is independent of the legal guarantee.
