Depending on the type of artwork (painting or poster, frame type) and its dimensions, there are several ways to mount it on the wall.
Attention! Please follow safety regulations during installation. The store is not liable for any damage caused by the person mounting the purchased product.
Most posters in an aluminum frame are delivered with a pre-installed hanger:
Attention! Pictures and posters in aluminum frames contain spring-loaded elements – do not remove them and handle with extra care.
Artworks in wooden frames are delivered with a hanger that needs to be attached to the frame manually. Depending on the size of the artwork, the set may include one or two nail-in hangers:
If the picture is to be mounted on the wall, first insert the hanger(s) into the top wooden bar of the frame from the back. Then install a screw or nail in the wall and hang the artwork. For smaller pictures, there is only one hanger, which should be inserted from the back exactly in the center of the top frame bar:
Before inserting the hangers, prepare a clean workspace to avoid damaging or dirtying the artwork:
For larger artwork, if two hangers are included in the set, measure 10 cm from the right and 10 cm from the left side of the top wooden bar and insert both hangers symmetrically along the same line on the back of the frame:
If the hanger was not inserted evenly and securely, do not attempt to reinsert it in the same spot (this may cause the picture to fall). Instead, insert the hanger in a new position, shifted by several millimeters from the original one:
To hang the artwork on the wall, carefully measure the spot where you want to hang it, drill one or two holes in the wall, and install a screw* (one or two, depending on the number of hangers on the picture) or a nail*.
